Sondr provides AI-powered SMS and marketing automation tools designed to help businesses re-engage leads and book appointments. We may update or modify our services at any time to improve functionality.

- You agree to use Sondr only for lawful purposes. You must not:

- Send spam or unsolicited messages that violate spam laws.

- Attempt to disrupt or damage our systems.

- Share your account credentials with unauthorized users.

Payments & Fees

All setup fees, subscription charges, or performance-based payments are due as agreed in your service proposal or invoice. Payments are processed securely via Stripe. Late or failed payments may pause service access.

Cancellations & Refunds

You may cancel services by emailing [email protected]. Setup fees are non-refundable once AI training

and configuration have begun. Performance-based fees apply only to qualified leads delivered

as defined in your agreement.

Intellectual Property

All materials, software, and content developed by Sondr remain our intellectual property unless otherwise stated in writing.

Limitation of Liability

Sondr is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for services within the previous 30 days.

Privacy

Your data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent

to this policy.

Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. The updated version will be posted on this page with

a new effective date.
